Dino M. Colucci is a founding partner of Colucci, Colucci, Marcus & Flavin, P.C. He is a graduate of Tufts University and Suffolk University Law School where he was recognized for excellence in the area of trial practice.

Since 1988, Mr. Colucci has concentrated his practice in the area of trial work, particularly in the area of complex and catastrophic personal injury matters. During the course of his professional career, he has been entrusted to represent victims of aircraft disasters, people who have suffered medical negligence and survivors of the World Trade Center attack. In the past several years, he has largely undertaken the representation of the elderly who are among the growing number of victims of nursing home negligence and/or abuse.

For many years Mr. Colucci served as the Chair for Suffolk University Law School's Advanced Legal Studies Committee and has frequently lectured and written on a host of topical legal subjects. He was elected to serve as a member of Suffolk University's Board of Trustees in 2002. In 2007, Suffolk University Law School announced his appointment as an Adjunct Professor of Law where he teaches a course on trial evidence.

In addition to being a member of the Massachusetts bar, Mr. Colucci is licensed to practice in New Jersey and Rhode Island.
