We rented a semi truck and reenacted the accident. To gain a record of the information, we had a camera mounted to the head of the truck driver during the reenactment. When the reenactment was finished, we had conclusive information regarding the truck driver's sight lines and other factors at the time of the actual accident. We then used this invaluable information to argue successfully for a high-value resolution.
