Dino M. Colucci is a founding partner of Colucci, Colucci, Marcus & Flavin, P.C. He is a graduate of Tufts University and Suffolk University Law School where he was recognized for excellence in the area of trial practice.
Since 1988, Mr. Colucci has concentrated his practice in the area of trial work, particularly in the area of complex and catastrophic personal injury matters. During the course of his professional career, he has been entrusted to represent victims of aircraft disasters, people who have suffered medical negligence and survivors of the World Trade Center attack. In the past several years, he has largely undertaken the representation of the elderly who are among the growing number of victims of nursing home negligence and/or abuse.
For many years Mr. Colucci served as the Chair for Suffolk University Law School's Advanced Legal Studies Committee and has frequently lectured and written on a host of topical legal subjects. He was elected to serve as a member of Suffolk University's Board of Trustees in 2002. In 2007, Suffolk University Law School announced his appointment as an Adjunct Professor of Law where he teaches a course on trial evidence.
In addition to being a member of the Massachusetts bar, Mr. Colucci is licensed to practice in New Jersey and Rhode Island.

Darin Colucci has been recognized by his peers as one of the finest personal injury attorneys in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. A cum laude graduate of Suffolk University Law School where he served as editor for the Law Review, Mr. Colucci concentrates his practice in the areas of tort and general litigation, accepting cases that range from ordinary automobile/motorcycle accidents and premises liability matters, to complex product defect cases and business divorces. In addition, Mr. Colucci has achieved many noteworthy verdicts and settlements in cases that involve issues of negligence in nursing homes, construction sites and aviation accidents.

MATTHEW J. MARCUS is a partner with Colucci, Colucci, Marcus & Flavin, PC, in Milton, and concentrates in estate planning, elder law, mental health law, and disability law.
He was a member of the board of directors of the Massachusetts chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys for eight years (1999-2006), serves on the advisory board for Massachusetts General Prime Care, the geriatric care management component of Massachusetts General Hospital, Somerville/Cambridge Elder Services’ money management advisory council, and is a member of the planned giving committee for South Shore Hospital. Mr. Marcus is also the coordinator of a self-advocacy group for adults with mental retardation for the ARC of Greater Boston (GBARC), and is a past member of the board of directors of United Cerebral Palsy Association of Metro Boston.
Mr. Marcus was the co-chair of the 1999 New England Elder Law Symposium and has served on the faculty for MCLE programs, Suffolk University Law School’s Elder Law Institute, and the New England Elder Law Symposium. He has written articles on estate planning, guardianships, and planning for families with disabled children for Estate Planning magazine, ALI/ABA’s Practical Lawyer, MCLE, Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly, Massachusetts Family Law Journal, Life and Health Advisor magazine, and ABA newsletters.
He was selected as a “Super Lawyer” for 2006 - 2008, a list chosen by Massachusetts attorneys of the top 5 percent of Massachusetts attorneys, published annually in Boston magazine.
Mr. Marcus is a graduate of Boston University Suffolk University Law School, and holds a L.L.M. in taxation from Boston University School of Law. (September 2008).

With over 25 years of experience, Paul K. Flavin has distinguished himself as preeminent in the fields of construction and business litigation. Matthew P. Albanese is a graduate of Providence College and Suffolk University Law School. He also holds an M.B. A. from Suffolk University's Sawyer School of Management. Mr. Albanese concentrates his practice in estate planning, elder law and disability law.
He is a member of the Massachusetts Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court Historical Society. Mr. Albanese currently serves on the Board of Selectmen in the Town of West Bridgewater.
