Brendan Pitts


Attorney Pitts joined the firm as an associate in January 2008, and has became the first junior partner in the firms history. He has represented many clients in both state and federal court concerning a wide range of litigation matters, specifically in the areas of business, real estate, construction, and probate law. Attorney Pitts has also handled complex product liability cases, including defective fire safety products that have caused severe injury and death.

Attorney Pitts graduated from Suffolk University Law School in 2009 (J.D.) and The George Washington University in 2005 (B.A. Political Science). He is also a graduate of Boston College High School (2001).

Attorney Pitts is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, and the Norfolk County Bar Association.
