Tom Worboys has recently been named a junior partner of the firm in recognition of his high level of legal acumen and outstanding results achieved on behalf of our clients. He has over a decade of experience in Civil Litigation and has handled scores of complex matters to successful conclusions. He now joins the firm as a Senior Associate and will concentrate in all forms of Personal Injury matters.
Tom Worboys is a graduate of Boston College and Northeastern University School of Law. From 2010 to the present, he has been included on the Massachusetts Super Lawyers Rising Stars list, an honor which recognizes no more than 2.5 percent of attorneys in each state. He has appeared before the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court on a number of occasions to present complex and emerging concepts in law, mostly relating to personal injury.
Since 2003 he has concentrated his practice on personal injury litigation with a particular emphasis on cases involving nursing home negligence. He has also lectured on the highly specialized topic of nursing home negligence litigation at continuing legal education seminars.
Mr. Worboys is admitted to practice before the courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, the United States Court of Appeal for the First Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States. He is a member of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys.
