As Boston’s premier personal injury law firm, we have had the privilege of cultivating long-term relationships with referring lawyers in Massachusetts, and are always seeking to work with firms and attorneys who have injured clients in need of representation. We have built our reputation on integrity, dedication, and higher-than-expected results. We can provide decades of litigation experience, a skilled team of attorneys, as well as expert professionals to achieve the best possible outcome for your clients.
Dino Colucci has been entrusted with prosecuting claims on behalf of a variety of clients such as victims of the World Trade Center attack on September 11, 2001, aviation disasters, commercial trucking accidents, as well as both medical and legal malpractice.
Darin Colucci has been recognized by his peers as one of the finest personal injury attorneys in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. He concentrates his practice in the areas of tort and general litigation, accepting cases that range from ordinary automobile/motorcycle accidents and premises liability matters to complex product defect cases and business divorces.
Matthew Marcus was a member of the board of directors of the Massachusetts chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys for eight years (1999-2006) and served as the co-chair of the Boston Bar Association’s Elder Law Committee. He has served as a Hearing Officer for the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers, the State agency that licenses and disciplines attorneys.
As experienced negotiators and litigators, we have built a reputation for superlative results. We’ve handled cases throughout the United States and abroad, achieving levels of success that are, in some instances, unprecedented.
In a recent case involving a single mother who became a paraplegic following a car accident, we took the case because our client’s determination inspired us. The case had been turned down by other law firms, and she was having trouble finding the right Boston injury lawyer. Although the law was clearly against us, we took the case nonetheless, changed the law, and negotiated a multi-million-dollar award.
The details of many cases must be left confidential, but we can tell you that attorney Darin Colucci served as the lead negotiator for one of the largest cases in Massachusetts history. In a single case, there was a settlement of nearly $70 million.
