A 17-year-old teenager has died in a horrific early-morning accident, according to a report on Boston.com. It appears that the teenager’s vehicle was the only one on the scene when local police and the fire department arrived at 7 a.m. The victim, who has yet to be officially identified, was rushed to the nearby Lahey Hospital and Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
Preliminary reports indicate that the driver left the roadway and crashed into a tree. The investigation into the accident is ongoing.
